What makes the Reset Club different?+
Every recurring plan includes your saved cleaning priorities, a short checklist update after each visit, and one small-area detail of up to 10 extra minutes once per calendar month. Choose a lightly soiled microwave interior, accessible skirting in one room, or one empty cupboard shelf. The extra is on top of booked time, has no cash value and does not roll over. No separate membership fee.
How do flyer offers and referrals work?+
One offer per visit. RESET10 gives a new household £10 off a first one-off home clean, with a two-hour minimum. STUDIOPLUS adds a 10-minute microwave refresh to a £35 first studio reset. BUILDING3 costs £35 upfront; after all three qualifying neighbours complete their paid first cleans on the same approved building day, each receives a £3 refund. RESIDENT5 applies only to a first standard £39 one-off studio clean. Referrers earn £5 credit after their friend's second completed, paid clean; redeem within 60 days, one credit per visit and no other promo.
What do I need to provide?+
We bring cleaning products, cloths, gloves and small tools. Please provide a working vacuum and mop, clear surfaces where possible and arrange access. Tell us about delicate surfaces, allergies and pets.
Can I pay and book online now?+
Yes. Enter your cleaning address and postcode, choose a one-off clean or recurring membership, then select from the published times available for your location. Your booking or membership is confirmed only after verified payment.
How do recurring prices work?+
The plan cards show the familiar price per clean. Weekly includes 4 cleaning credits per paid month, fortnightly includes 2, and monthly includes 1. Before checkout we also show the exact monthly Stripe charge, so you can see both the per-clean value and what will be billed each month.
Can I pause or move a visit?+
There is no annual commitment. Recurring plans are intended to let you manage visits and pause for holidays or student term breaks. The notice period and cancellation terms are shown before you book. Cancelling a plan does not automatically cancel a separately paid visit.
Will two hours cover my whole home?+
Two hours is the minimum, not a promise to finish every room. Your home's size, condition and priorities determine the time needed. Deep cleaning, appliance interiors and move-out work need separate arrangements.
What if something is missed?+
Tell us within 72 hours if an agreed checklist task was missed. We will review it and arrange a suitable correction. Extra tasks outside the agreed clean are separate.
How are my details used?+
Your choices help calculate the cleaning plan you select. Account and booking information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Do not add door codes or sensitive access information to the price planner.
